We're looking for an organised and proactive Operations Administrator to support a busy office and factory environment in Inverclyde. If you are ready to bring structure, accuracy, and energy to day-to-day operations, let's talk.

About you

You have experience in office or operations administration, such as an office assistant, office manager, or logistics coordinator. Knowledge of export documentation or finance admin is a bonus but not essential. You thrive in a fast-moving workplace and are confident using Microsoft Word and Excel. You're known for keeping things running smoothly and supporting others without missing a beat.

What you'll be doing
  1. Managing the reception area and welcoming guests and visitors
  2. Booking and coordinating hauliers and logistics
  3. Handling administrative support for the Factory Manager and department heads
  4. Assisting production staff with essential documentation
  5. Monitoring office supplies and stationery
  6. Answering phones and managing correspondence
  7. Supporting the finance team during month-end and year-end processes
