Job summary

St. James's Place in Cirencester is seeking an Operational Resilience Governance Manager to shape and coordinate the Group's resilience framework, ensuring critical services stay available to clients and advisers.

You will lead governance across business areas, produce executive reports, track risks, and support incident preparedness, in a hybrid, permanent role within a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in governance and oversight of operational resilience frameworks.
• Proven ability to produce high-quality reports and insights.
• Expertise in coordinating assurance programmes and resilience reporting.
• Knowledge of dependency mapping and vulnerability tracking.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and coordination of Operational Resilience and Business Continuity systems.
• Coordinate the annual Operational Resilience Assurance programme.
• Identify and review Important Business Services and Impact Tolerances.
• Produce high-quality resilience reports for executives and committees.
• Maintain oversight of resilience risks, vulnerabilities, and remediation plans.
• Coordinate evidence for the Group Operational Resilience Self-Assessment.
• Support oversight of Material Third Parties and suppliers.
• Develop metrics and dashboards to monitor operational resilience.
• Facilitate business engagement and training activities.
• Contribute to internal forums and governance meetings.
• Support major incident preparedness and response activities.
