Job summary

TRIA is seeking an Operational Resilience Manager to embed and mature resilience across the business as part of a digital transformation in the insurance space. You will drive capability, collaborate with Technology, Operations and Risk, and influence across the organisation.

You will shape the resilience framework, oversee IBS, and ensure ongoing alignment with evolving FCA and PRA regulatory requirements, including SS1/21 and SS1/22, delivering measurable improvements in resilience maturity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience embedding Operational Resilience frameworks from scratch.
• Strong understanding of FCA and PRA regulatory requirements, including SS1/21 and SS1/22.
• Experience identifying resilience risks and improving organisational resilience.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Pragmatic approach with the ability to influence across the business.
• Previous leadership or people management experience.
