St. James's Place is seeking an experienced Operational Resilience Manager to join our Cirencester-based, hybrid and permanent team.

You will lead the Group’s Operational Resilience Framework, mapping critical processes, assessing dependencies and driving resilience improvements across a complex financial services environment. Qualifications

• Experience in operational resilience within a regulated financial services environment.
• Ability to analyse business impact and map services.
• Experience with resilience testing and scenario exercises.
• Strong documentation and management information skills.
• Professional accreditation in business continuity or resilience (MBCl, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to implement and improve the Group’s Operational Resilience Framework.
• Conduct business impact analysis, service mapping, dependency identification and vulnerability work.
• Coordinate resilience testing and scenario exercises with internal teams and third parties.
• Mentor stakeholders to strengthen resilience capabilities and manage risks.
• Oversee third-party resilience arrangements and track remediation actions.
• Identify Important Business Services and determine Impact Tolerances.
• Maintain resilience documentation and management information for audits and governance.
• Support regulatory submissions and governance reporting.
• Assist Major Incident Response in readiness and response activities.
