Job summary

St. James’s Place is seeking an Operational Resilience Governance Manager in Cirencester.

You will shape and enhance the Group's Resilience Framework, coordinating across business areas to ensure resilience risks, vulnerabilities and remediation plans are identified, monitored and reported. You will lead governance across Operational Resilience and Business Continuity, producing reports for executives and committees, and developing metrics to track performance while engaging with senior

Qualifications

• Experience in governance and oversight of operational resilience frameworks.
• Proven ability to produce high-quality reports and insights.
• Expertise in coordinating assurance programmes and resilience reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with regulatory expectations and internal standards.
• Experience in business continuity planning and incident response.
• Knowledge of dependency mapping and vulnerability tracking.
• Ability to engage and train business teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and coordination of our Operational Resilience and Business Continuity systems.
• Coordinate the annual Operational Resilience Assurance programme.
• Identify and review Important Business Services and Impact Tolerances.
• Produce high-quality resilience reports for executives and committees.
• Maintain oversight of resilience risks, vulnerabilities and remediation plans.
• Coordinate evidence for the Group Operational Resilience Self-Assessment.
• Support oversight of Material Third Parties and suppliers.
• Develop metrics and dashboards to monitor operational resilience.
• Facilitate business engagement and training activities.
• Contribute to internal forums and governance meetings.
• Support major incident preparedness and response activities.
