Brand new permanent role with an innovative American FinTech company. They’re hiring for a top-tier Operational Resilience Analyst to work with their Cybersecurity team, responsible for delivering Digital and Operational Resilience initiatives.

This pivotal role is at the heart of a rapidly growing mobile-first payments organization, offering opportunities to influence operational resilience delivery.

You will report to the Operational Resilience Manager and work alongside a talented team, gaining valuable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Operational Resilience Manager in delivering resilience initiatives and managing ongoing activities across multiple entities.
• Assist in implementing the Digital and Operational Resilience Framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Execute deliverables to enhance the resilience framework, including refining policies and supporting new technology implementation.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops on resilience activities like Business Impact Assessments and Risk Assessments.
• Plan and oversee testing programs, report on outcomes, and address vulnerabilities.
• Gather and report resilience metrics to senior management and the board quarterly.
• Coordinate activities related to third-party risk management and outsourcing lifecycle, including due diligence and contract reviews.
• Review relevant regulations to ensure compliance and documentation accuracy.
• Prepare reports for project status updates and senior management meetings.
• Participate in audits and inspections as needed.
• Attend industry events to stay updated on regulations such as DORA.

Key requirements

• Experience in regulated financial services or payments sectors.
• Experience in areas like Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Incident Management, Third-Party Management, or Cybersecurity.
• Experience with Operational Resilience and DORA is highly advantageous.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills to simplify complex concepts.
