Operational Resilience Specialist – Salary circa £55,000 (DOE)
We have an exciting opportunity to join the Operational Resilience team. Operational resilience is a crucial outcome that Aviva must achieve for our customers, ensuring that we can continue delivering critical operations during disruptions.

About the role:
You will collaborate with UK Market Leads, providing governance and SME support to Group Operational Resilience and the wider business. This role offers the chance to gain in-depth knowledge of how Aviva’s UK businesses operate and to support the resilience of key services, preventing intolerable harm to customers. It is suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and adapts well to change.
Your focus will be on ensuring the resilience of the AIG Life Protection business, acquired by Aviva in 2024. You will engage with stakeholders from both Aviva and AIGL to understand evolving landscapes and incorporate resilience into relevant decisions.
