Job summary

Accenture's Partners in Performance team seeks a Manager to lead engagements across Europe in business improvement, strategic sourcing, capital portfolio optimisation and commercial due diligence. You will lead a team of Senior Associates, Associates and/or Business Analysts, ensuring end-to-end delivery and strong client collaboration.

You will coach and develop talent, manage client relationships at senior levels, and deliver measurable results that clients can implement with confidence.

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a proven track record of delivering results.
• Ability to coach, influence, and build trust with senior managers and teams.

Responsibilities
