Job summary

IMServ Europe Ltd is seeking a Performance Optimisation Manager to define and deliver the operational performance strategy across Field Operations. You will drive sustainable improvements in productivity, customer experience and efficiency, partnering with leaders to translate objectives into measurable results.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in operational performance management or transformation.
• Proven ability to translate data into strategic insights and actions.
• Experience leading cross-functional improvement programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication with senior teams.
• Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma or equivalent methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the operational performance strategy across Field Operations.
• Translate goals into measurable performance frameworks and programmes.
• Identify opportunities to boost productivity, service delivery and outcomes.
• Champion performance ownership and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Lead development of performance reporting, dashboards and MI.
• Translate data into actionable strategic recommendations for decisions.
• Identify root causes of underperformance via data analysis.
• Maintain data governance for accuracy and consistency.
• Lead enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives using Lean/6 Sigma.
• Seek opportunities to reduce waste and improve end-to-end service.
• Quantify benefits and monitor impact of improvements.
• Analyse workforce productivity to support strategic planning.
