Job summary

Skillframe Ltd in Hersham is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to own and drive performance across field-based teams, budgets and service delivery.

You will lead P&L, protect margins, coordinate jobs end-to-end and build scalable processes to support growth, while remaining calm under pressure and focused on customer outcomes.

This is a hands-on, office-based role with real impact on profitability and service quality.

Qualifications

• Experience owning and leading an operation.
• Experience with budgets, margins and P&L.
• Ability to manage field-based teams and drive performance.
• Comfort discussing insurance claims, SLAs, scope, authorisation, budgets and margins.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop field-based teams with ownership.
• Manage P&L, budgets, costs and margins.
• Coordinate jobs from instruction to completion.
• Engage with insurers, customers, contractors and stakeholders.
• Manage SLAs, scope authorisations and job documentation.
• Visit sites to resolve issues when needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and revenue.
• Build structure and playbook to support growth.
