Job summary

Evri invites applications for a Senior Performance Manager to drive inbound/outbound performance across the network. Reporting to the Network Performance Manager, you will lead a small team, use data and BI to identify trends, and deliver measurable improvements in service and compliance across the network.

This Agile role combines remote working with UK travel, requiring leadership experience in a fast-paced FMCG logistics environment and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead inbound/outbound performance across the network.
• Develop and coach a small team of Managers and Leads.
• Drive improvements in service delivery, compliance and ops performance.
• Use data, MI and BI to identify trends and turn insights into actions.
• Lead performance reviews and action plans with operations teams.
• Develop network-wide improvement initiatives across infrastructure and tech.
• Collaborate with Operations, Analytics and Change teams to boost visibility.
