Job summary

DWP's Digital Transformation Group is hiring an Operational Management Information Developer to use data and insight to shape services that support millions of UK customers.

You will develop dashboards and analytical products with Power BI and SQL, work with operational teams and senior stakeholders, and lead data-led improvement across Working Age services, including Universal Credit and Labour Market.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex operational data.
• Proven leadership to collaborate and influence stakeholders.
• Experience leading change from concept to delivery.
• Strong decision-making with evidence-based recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presenting to senior leaders.
• Experience using SQL, Git and Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
