DWP Digital is seeking an Operational Management Information Developer to turn data and insight into tangible improvements that help shape services used by millions across the UK.

In the Working Age Data and Performance Team you will build high-quality management information, dashboards and analytics with Power BI and SQL, and lead projects from concept to delivery. This hybrid role offers a competitive package and meaningful public service impact.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex operational data.
• Proven leadership to collaborate, influence stakeholders and drive data-led outcomes.
• Experience leading change and service improvement from concept to delivery.

• Excellent written and verbal communication, with confidence presenting findings to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality management information, dashboards and analytical products using Power BI and SQL.
• Identify trends, measure performance and uncover opportunities to improve service delivery across programmes.
• Collaborate with operational colleagues, digital teams and senior stakeholders to influence decisions with evidence.
• Lead analytical projects and communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Contribute to decisions across Universal Credit and Labour Market services to improve customer outcomes.
