Job summary

Arch Insurance (UK) Limited seeks a Process & Operational Excellence Delivery Manager to lead lean initiatives, scope opportunities, deploy improvements, and measure benefits within Arch Insurance International. You will partner with the Head of POE and senior leaders to drive end-to-end transformation across a core business unit.

The role focuses on applying Lean / AMS tools, delivering sustainable improvements, and embedding continuous improvement culture across the organisation for customers

Qualifications

• Degree preferred.
• LSS Black Belt or Lean Competency System.
• Prince2, Scrum Master or Agile PM certifications.
• 5+ years as lean practitioner in financial services.
• Experience in Insurance/financial services environments.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and end-to-end transformation initiatives.
• Act as trusted partner to understand processes and opportunities.
• Embed continuous improvement principles across the business.
