Job summary

Arch Europe Insurance Services Ltd is seeking a Lean Transformation Lead to deploy Lean initiatives across the organization, partnering with BU leaders to embed continuous improvement. You will coach senior managers and teams, drive standard Lean practices, and deliver measurable performance improvements to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Academic degree preferred, with business improvement qualifications.
• Experience with Lean/Continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience in financial services or insurance environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of Lean transformation initiatives and continuous improvement routines.
• Coach senior leaders and teams in Lean practices and value stream optimization.
• Develop partnerships with BU leaders to embed continuous improvement across the organization.
• Deliver updates and reports to Senior Leadership on performance outcomes.
• Apply standard Lean tools such as process mapping, data collection and root analysis.
