Your role will encompass guiding training workshops, developing partnerships with leaders, and ensuring successful implementation of Lean practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a lean practitioner with demonstrated success in supporting change.
• Experience in Financial Services and operational management practices.
• Experience in developing and implementing Lean initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of Lean Transformation initiatives.
• Guide current and future state implementation plans.
• Develop partnerships with Business Unit leaders.
• Deliver performance objectives as stated.
• Coach senior leaders and managers on continuous improvement.
