Job summary

Arch Europe Insurance Services Ltd seeks an experienced Lean Transformation Lead to deploy enterprise-wide Lean initiatives across our financial services operations in the UK. You will partner with senior business-unit leaders, map value streams, and deliver measurable performance improvements through standardized Lean practices.

You will coach executives, run workshops, and ensure continuous improvement becomes embedded in the organization’s management routines, driving tangible benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree preferred or equivalent professional accreditation.
• Lean/Continuous improvement qualifications (e.g. LSS Black Belt, Lean Competency System).
• Project or Programme management qualifications (e.g. Prince2, Scrum Master, Agile PM).

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall deployment of a Lean Transformation with initiatives and continuous improvement practices.
• Guide current and future state, implementation plan, with impact and value of changes.
• Develop partnerships with BU leaders to embed continuous improvement.
• Use Lean/problem solving tools to develop insights and drive Lean standards in value streams or functions.
• Deliver performance objectives as stated in charter.
• Ensure consistent delivery of Lean standards in initiatives.
• Coach senior managers & teams in Lean training and problem solving.
• Coach leaders to sustain continuous improvement in their area.
