DWP Digital in the United Kingdom is seeking an Operational Management Information Developer to shape services that support millions of customers across the UK.

You will develop high-quality management information, dashboards and analytical products using tools such as Power BI and SQL, transforming data into meaningful insights that support operational and strategic decision making across Working Age services.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex operational data.
• Proven leadership to collaborate, influence stakeholders and drive data-led insight.
• Experience leading change and service improvement, taking projects from concept to delivery while influencing others.
• Strong decision-making with ability to interpret data and provide evidence-based recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presenting findings to senior leaders.
• Experience using SQL, Git, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality management information, dashboards and analytical products using Power BI and SQL.
• Transform complex data into meaningful insights to support operational and strategic decisions.
• Identify trends, measure performance and uncover opportunities to improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with operational colleagues, digital teams and senior stakeholders including Directors and Ministers.
• Lead analytical projects and communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
