Qualifications

• As a Consultant in the Operating Model team, you will bring around 2 years' consulting experience, or 4+ years in industry with a track record of supporting or delivering operating model projects.
• Experience designing and delivering target operating models including people, process, technology and governance.
• Analytical mindset to conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis and generate insight.
• Practical problem-solving approach grounded in client context for sustainable delivery.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders with clear outputs.
• A collaborative approach to teamwork within the firm.

Responsibilities

• As a Consultant in the Operating Model team, you will lead and shape how we run the business and help accelerate growth and development.
• Contribute to operating model designs and client-focused solutions across organisations.
