Job summary

PA is seeking an Operating Model Consultant for Public Sector work across health, transport and energy/utilities. You will lead design of strategies, operating structures and coherent solutions in collaboration with a diverse team of experts.

You will engage with clients, including presenting insights to senior leaders, and help shape transformative programmes. The role offers hybrid working, with client-site opportunities and core office days.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in strategy, operating model or related consulting roles.
• Experience shaping business strategy and designing organisational structures.
• Ability to analyse customer value and align technology to business outcomes.
• Data-driven problem solving with human-centered approaches.
• Experience delivering within public sector, health, transport or energy/utilities sectors.

Responsibilities

• Design strategies and operating models for public sector clients.
• Work in blended, multi-disciplinary teams and present to C-suite audiences.
• Engage with clients and translate insights into implementable recommendations.
