Job summary

Moorhouse in London is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Operating Model team. You will lead delivery of operating model and organisation transformation programmes, own substantial deliverables from problem definition through to final outputs, and contribute to bids and propositions.

You will mentor junior colleagues, engage senior stakeholders, and help shape our internal initiatives to strengthen our culture, ways of working and impact.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years' consulting experience with operating model or transformation work.
• Strong understanding of operating model, business architecture or design methodologies.
• Delivery capability leading workstreams and substantial deliverables end-to-end.
• Strong problem solving with qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to influence senior stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset with experience guiding junior colleagues.
• Commercial awareness and contribution to bids or client conversations.
• Ownership beyond client delivery and involvement in internal initiatives.
