Altum Consulting is seeking a People & Organization Consultant for a permanent role based in Glasgow. The role spans operating model design and delivery, with projects across energy, transport and water sectors. It offers hybrid working combining office and client-site days.

You will lead key project work from diagnostics to recommendations, shaping governance, structures and ways of working to enable lasting change while collaborating with advisory and digital colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience in operating model design or organisational development is required.
• Proven ability to turn analysis into practical solutions for clients.
• Strong in working with cross-functional teams and digital partners.

Responsabilités

• Lead substantial elements of client projects from diagnostics to recommendations and implementation.
• Design operating models, governance structures and ways of working.
• Run workshops and translate research into clear client insights.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to proposals.
