Job summary

Join is seeking a PMO Operating Model Consultant for a 2-month contract role in London. You will design and build a PMO operating model as part of a broader transformation and support rollout with stakeholder workshops.

The position is hybrid in London, starting immediately, with a day rate typical for contract Senior Manager level engagement. The assignment requires an independent consultant with proven hands-on PMO operating model design experience and strong senior stakeholder facilitation

Qualifications

• Independent consultant with PMO operating model design experience.
• Experience leading PMO in consumer & retail environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Assess the current PMO structure and gaps against best-practice governance.
• Design and document the target PMO operating model: roles, processes, reporting lines, decision rights.
• Support rollout and embedding of the new model, including stakeholder workshops and handover to BAU.
