Qualifications

• Around 2 years’ consulting experience, or 4+ years in industry with a track record of supporting or delivering operating model or transformation projects
• Experience supporting the design and delivery of target operating models, including people, process, technology and governance
• Analytical mindset with qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify pain points and insights
• Practical approach to problem-solving grounded in client context

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape how Moorhouse runs the business within the Operating Model team
• Contribute to operating model designs that can be delivered sustainably
• Engage stakeholders with clear, compelling outputs and build trust
• Collaborate with colleagues to maximise value for clients
