Responsibilities

• Lead the fill operation and ensure the salesfloor is ready to trade.
• Coordinate resources to deliver operational tasks during fill shifts.
• Act as floor lead in the absence of the Colleague Manager.
• Allocate staff to deliver a quick payment experience.
• Ensure daily processes are implemented efficiently on time.
• Coordinate the team to keep the store clean, safe and well presented.
• Foster an inclusive, great team atmosphere and model customer service.
• Support Colleague Managers by sharing observations to drive high performance.
• Be available as a key holder and respond to call outs when needed.
• Assist with opening/closing tasks, vehicle receipt, temperature controls, and cash handling.
