CDW UK in Manchester is seeking a Workspace and Infrastructure Support Engineer to provide onsite IT support for co-workers, resolving incidents and requests while delivering excellent customer service. You will manage SCCM, handle walk-up tickets in ServiceNow, and work closely with 3rd tier teams to resolve complex issues, ensuring ITIL-aligned processes and strong cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Office 365 in an onsite IT environment.
Strong knowledge of desktop encryption (BitLocker) and security best practices.
Experience with scripting (PowerShell, VBScript) and software/application packaging.

Responsabilités

Provide local onsite IT support across co-workers, resolving incidents and requests.
Review workloads and priorities to ensure timely task completion per SLAs.
Administer EUC support environment and deliver services to meet KPIs and ITIL practices.
Raise and track tickets in ServiceNow and keep users updated throughout the lifecycle.
Maintain asset inventories and support patch management for end-user devices.
Collaborate with 3rd Tier resolver teams to handle complex issues.
