Job summary

Ambitions Personnel is seeking a positive, proactive Onsite Recruitment Coordinator to join our team on a temporary, ongoing basis at a busy distribution warehouse in Newark. You will support day-to-day recruitment and administration, ensuring a smooth service for temporary workers and the client.

Key duties include coordinating inductions, arranging interviews, answering queries, and providing general admin support.

Qualifications

• Must have positive, proactive attitude.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy warehouse environment.
• Previous recruitment, administration or coordination experience would be advantageous.
• Must be available to start immediately.
• Must hold a valid driving licence and have access to transport.

Responsibilities

• Booking candidates in for inductions.
• Arranging and coordinating interviews.
• Providing general administrative support.
• Liaising with temporary workers and responding to queries.
• Supporting the Account Manager with daily onsite duties.
• Helping ensure smooth recruitment operations at the client site.
