Job summary

CEVA Logistics is recruiting a Systems and Reporting Coordinator for our Derby site to support day-to-day operation and KPI visibility. You will work onsite with operations and central teams to ensure data accuracy and system stability.

The role requires strong Excel skills, experience with WMS, and the ability to communicate data insights clearly to operational colleagues. It offers a Monday–Friday schedule with some Saturday work and a salary up to £35,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Experience in an ecommerce environment with strong data, reporting and KPI focus.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to turn data into clear information.
• Confident communicator able to explain data, reporting or system issues to operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operation of the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Work with operations to ensure correct data capture and system usage.
• Identify, log and escalate WMS or reporting issues affecting service or data integrity.
• Produce accurate daily and shift-based performance reports and dashboards.
• Validate KPI data and highlight anomalies or risks.
• Maintain reporting discipline and KPI definitions.
• Support investigations into performance variances or service failures.
• Provide data extracts and analysis to support root-cause identification.
• Assist in preparation of performance packs for forums.
• Act as systems and reporting point of contact for the shift pattern.
• Attend briefs to share data trends and risks.
• Support continuous improvement of reporting accuracy and efficiency.
