Job summary

Quest Employment in Derby is seeking an Onsite Coordinator to support a key client operation. You’ll be the main on-site contact for the client and workforce, ensuring smooth day-to-day recruitment and staffing activities. You’ll welcome and check in temporary workers, monitor attendance, help with inductions, and manage payroll and records.

A driving license and flexible, practical problem-solving are essential. Hours are Monday to Friday, 16:00–00:00 with training on day shifts.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Well organised with the ability to manage a busy workload.
• Flexible approach and willingness to adapt when needed.
• Previous experience would be beneficial for this role.
• Driving license and own vehicle are required.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the main point of contact on site, building strong working relationships with warehouse teams.

• Making sure staffing levels are met and arranging cover where needed.

Pay Rate: £15.50 per hour

Contract: Temp to Perm
