CEVA Logistics in the East Midlands region is seeking a meticulous Warehouse Coordinator to support the Shift Manager with daily operational tasks and KPI monitoring. The role focuses on health and safety, efficient task allocation, and ensuring customer satisfaction across inbound/outbound processes at the Derby site.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating and leading operational teams in warehousing/3PL.
• Strong analytical and KPI monitoring ability.
• Excellent MS Excel skills and IT proficiency.
• Great communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and allocate daily operational tasks to meet demand.
• Support Shift Manager with briefs, attendance and performance reporting.
• Promote health and safety, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate across shifts to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead by example and reinforce site rules and safe behaviours.
