Job summary

Genesis Employment Services seeks an Onsite Recruitment Consultant to manage the day-to-day operation of an onsite account for our client. You will source and register candidates, ensure compliance, inductions and start dates, and act as the primary contact for the client.

Based in Coventry, you will build strong relationships with client managers and workers, monitor attendance and payroll, and drive KPI targets while maintaining high service levels and strict health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Customer-focused approach.
• IT literate.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Recruitment or onsite account management experience (desirable).
• Knowledge of employment legislation and payroll processes (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Source, interview and register suitable candidates.
• Complete Right to Work and compliance checks.
• Arrange inductions and start dates.
• Act as the main point of contact for the client.
• Build strong relationships with client managers and workers.
• Manage attendance, welfare and performance issues.
• Maintain compliant personnel records.
• Monitor biometric clocking and resolve clocking exceptions.
• Process timesheets accurately and liaise with payroll.
• Respond to staffing requests and monitor fulfilment.
• Track productivity and service levels where applicable.
• Promote health and safety and report incidents.
