Job summary

Genesis Employment Services in Coventry is looking for an Onsite Recruitment Consultant to manage the day-to-day operation of an onsite account, ensuring staffing levels are maintained and workers are supported.

You will source, interview, register candidates, conduct Right to Work checks, coordinate inductions, and serve as the primary point of contact for the client while upholding health and safety standards.

The role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of an onsite account, ensuring staffing levels are maintained, workers are fully supported and the client receives an outstanding level of service.
