Job summary

Winner Recruitment is seeking an Onsite Operations Coordinator for multi-site coverage in Coventry, Nuneaton and Rugby. The role focuses on day-to-day recruitment and workforce operations at a key client site, ensuring staffing needs are met and service levels are achieved.

You will engage with workers and clients, support onboarding, and maintain accurate attendance and compliance records in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operational Delivery & Workforce Management: support daily staffing and fulfilment to meet client demands and SLAs.
• Worker Engagement & Support: act as the on-site point of contact for agency workers and manage queries.
• Client Communication: provide updates on attendance and performance and maintain client relationships.
• Systems & Administration: use workforce management platforms to coordinate workers and track activity.
• Compliance: complete Right to Work checks and ensure GDPR/AWR compliance.
