Job summary

Genesis Employment Services in Coventry is seeking an Onsite Recruitment Consultant to support industrial, engineering, logistics and commercial staffing. You will source, interview and register suitable candidates, complete Right to Work checks and coordinate inductions and start dates.

You will act as the main client contact, build strong relationships with managers and workers, manage attendance and welfare issues, maintain compliant records, monitor clocking and liaise with payroll to
