Job summary

Gi Group is seeking an Account Manager to manage and develop a key on-site client relationship in Coventry. This on-site, full-time role supports recruitment and workforce management solutions, coordinating with internal teams to meet staffing requirements and service levels.

The successful candidate will be organised, customer-focused, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Monday to Friday schedule with an emphasis on delivering proactive client service.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or client-facing roles.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness and ability to discuss service delivery and client requirements.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with the allocated client and act as a trusted point of contact.
• Understand client requirements and develop effective recruitment, staffing, and workforce solutions.
• Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to fulfil vacancies and meet service levels.
• Coordinate candidate activity including bookings, availability, schedules, and workforce requirements.
• Monitor performance indicators such as attendance, coverage, delivery, and client satisfaction.
• Provide regular updates, reports, and performance information to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Identify risks and opportunities for improvement, escalating appropriately.
• Build long-term relationships through responsive and professional communication.
• Support client reviews, business planning, and discussions on future workforce needs.
• Maintain accurate client and account records across CRM and reporting systems.
