You will source, interview, register candidates, conduct Right to Work checks, coordinate inductions, and serve as the primary point of contact for the client while upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• Recruitment or onsite account management experience (desirable).
• Knowledge of employment legislation and payroll processes (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Source, interview and register suitable candidates.
• Complete Right to Work and compliance checks.
• Arrange inductions and start dates.
• Act as the main point of contact for the client.
• Build strong relationships with client managers and workers.
• Manage attendance, welfare and performance issues.
• Maintain compliant personnel records.
• Monitor biometric clocking and resolve clocking exceptions.
• Process timesheets accurately and liaise with payroll.
• Respond to staffing requests and monitor fulfilment.
• Track productivity and service levels where applicable.
• Promote health and safety and report incidents.
