Job summary

PerkinElmer in Slough is seeking a Site Coordinator/Planner to support a small onsite team within a key OneSource account. The role will relocate to Windlesham, Surrey in 2027 and offers close collaboration with engineers, vendors and customers to ensure smooth service operations.

You will coordinate maintenance scheduling, track work orders, respond to inquiries, and help drive continuous improvement across the site while maintaining accurate records and timely communications.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating site operations and schedules.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors.
• Strong attention to documentation and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service activity as part of a team.
• Schedule and manage equipment maintenance from preventive to corrective work.
• Track work orders and ensure statuses are accurate.
• Respond to emails, calls, and system requests with timely updates.
• Support communication across the site and with customers, engineers, and vendors.
• Assist with procurement tasks and purchase orders as needed.
• Maintain accurate equipment and service records and updates across systems.
• Identify workflow improvements and drive customer-focused improvements.
