Job summary

Jdr Recruitment is seeking a reliable Security Officer for our client site in the United Kingdom. You will control access, monitor activity, and respond to incidents to help keep people, property and premises safe and secure, while providing a welcoming environment for visitors, contractors, delivery drivers and customers.

This full-time role follows a continental 4-on, 4-off shift pattern, with day and night blocks from 6:00 to 18:00 and 18:00 to 06:00.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors, delivery drivers, contractors and customers.

• Monitoring and reporting any suspicious or unauthorised activity.
• Responding appropriately to security incidents and emergency situations.
• Acting as a first responder to incidents such as fire, flooding and first aid situations.
• Carrying out mandatory site and facility security checks.
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting any relevant issues or incidents.
• Working closely with colleagues and other departments to maintain a safe and secure working environment.

We are looking for a reliable and professional Security Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the safety, security and integrity of the site by controlling access on and off the premises, monitoring activity and responding appropriately to any incidents or suspicious behaviour.

You will be a key point of contact for everyone arriving at the site, including visitors, contractors, delivery drivers and customers, helping to ensure a safe, secure and welcoming environment at all times.

What will you be doing?

As a Security Officer, your responsibilities will include:

Shift times:

6:00am - 6:00pm
6:00pm - 6:00am
