Job summary

Proman is seeking an Onsite Account Coordinator in Harworth, England, to support the day-to-day running of a busy onsite account, working closely with our client and temporary workforce.

This role is ideal for someone who is organised, people-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Full training will be provided, with a 37.5 hour week, Monday to Friday, and a salary of £27,000 per annum.

Responsibilities

• Supporting recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Assisting with workforce management and worker engagement.
• Processing weekly payroll and maintaining accurate records.
• Monitoring attendance and workforce KPIs.
• Building positive relationships with workers and client contacts.
• Handling worker queries and resolving issues.
• Supporting operational meetings and account administration.
• Ensuring high levels of service delivery across the account.
