Job summary
People Solutions is recruiting for a Recruitment Account Coordinator in Kettering. The role offers a £28,000 annual salary for a permanent position with fixed Sunday to Thursday shifts from 06:00 to 14:30 and strong career progression opportunities.
The successful candidate will coordinate on-site recruitment activities, engage with temporary workers, run inductions, manage attendance, and support the Account Manager with data for review meetings.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment coordination or onsite staffing.
- Ability to engage with temporary workers on-site.
- Data collation for review meetings and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Supporting and engaging with temporary workers on-site
- Conducting assessments and inductions for new starters
- Managing attendance and resolving issues that arise
- Developing the existing workforce to support productivity on-site
- Managing and escalating disciplinary matters where required
- Supporting the Account Manager with the collation of data for review meetings
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships at all levels
