Job summary

Cubed Talent is partnering with a major engineering and manufacturing employer in West Yorkshire. The role will supply colleagues to two facilities, organise site tours, support assessment and selection, and welcome new starters.

The position is site-based across Euroway Estate (Bradford) and Dewsbury, with occasional visits to Cubed HQ at Salts Mill, Saltaire. It offers up to £15.50 per hour (£32,240 annualised) and is a fixed-term contract up to 12 months with strong potential to go permanent.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience in mechanical or assembly-based manufacturing operations.
• M&E or engineering background advantageous but isn’t essential.
• Supervisory or team leader experience would be a bonus, but isn’t essential.
• Organised and effective communicator, calm and diplomatic.
• Own car and a clean driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Supplying colleagues to both manufacturing facilities in line with vacancy demand.
• Organising and running factory tours for applicants and potential candidates.
• Supporting the assessment and selection process, including practical hands-on tasks and culture fit questions.
• Welcoming every new starter on their first day.
• Delivering the Cubed candidate storyboard to prospective candidates.
• Updating and maintaining management information for client and Cubed.
• Carrying out Level1 return-to-work and performance improvement processes, with escalation routes to Cubed management.
• Being a visible, on-site presence on site for colleagues and client contacts, keeping service levels high.

About the opportunity

Cubed Talent is the principal recruitment partner to one of the UK’s largest, best‑known and most successful multi‑disciplinary engineering, M&E and technical services businesses. Following growth in core demand and the award of a major new contract, our client needs high volumes of skilled people across two manufacturing facilities in West Yorkshire, and we’re creating a brand‑new role to make it happen.

What we’re looking for
