You will drive the full recruitment lifecycle on-site, coordinating between the site office and the warehouse floor to meet staffing needs and client expectations.

Lead and mentor on-site Coordinators, ensure compliance and health & safety, and deliver excellent candidate care in a fast-paced environment.

Onsite Recruitment Contract Manager

Location: East Midlands Gateway, Kegworth (Derby, DE74)

Salary: £30,000.00 – £32,000.00 per year + Uncapped Commission

Job Type: Full Time

Shift & Working Hours

• Standard Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00 (Flexibility for earlier starts is required).

• Flexibility: A flexible work schedule is essential, including the availability to cover some weekend shifts as operational demands require.

About the Role

Are you an experienced recruiter looking for a fast-paced on-site challenge? We are seeking a dedicated Onsite Recruitment Contract Manager to join our team based at the bustling East Midlands Gateway in Kegworth.

Working dynamically between the site office and the warehouse floor, you will be the driving force behind operational staffing requirements, client relationships, and candidate care.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Management: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing, calling, and registering candidates to interviewing, compliance checks, and onboarding.

• Client Partnership: Hold regular meetings with the General Manager and senior site teams to forecast staffing needs and ensure operational excellence.

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of on-site Coordinators.

• Compliance & HR: Handle weekly payroll, absence management, return-to-work interviews, disciplinary procedures, and rigorous Health & Safety policy adherence.

• Execution: Monitor daily contract execution to guarantee complete regulatory and process compliance.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Proven recruitment background within an industrial, warehouse, or transport environment (Minimum 1 year required).

• Skills: Excellent communication, strong administrative capabilities, and high attention to detail.

• Work Ethic: Ability to prioritize under pressure, work autonomously, and thrive in a fast-paced setting.

• Transport: Own transport is highly beneficial given the location.
