ASC Connections is seeking a Regional Recruitment Manager to lead our Industrial Engineering (Blue Collar) temporary recruitment division across Redditch, Birmingham and Wolverhampton. The role requires hands-on leadership, strategic growth, and a focus on delivering high-quality service to clients.

You will manage multiple branches, drive new business, nurture key accounts and shape the future of our temp offering with a clear growth agenda and strong client focus.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an ambitious Regional Recruitment Manager to lead and develop our Industrial Engineering (Blue Collar) temporary recruitment division across our Redditch, Birmingham and Wolverhampton branches.

As a Regional Recruitment Manager, you will manage a team of consultants across all locations, with responsibility for developing and expanding the team as the business continues to grow. This is a hands-on role requiring a strong blend of leadership, business development and strategic planning.

The successful Regional Recruitment Manager will be actively involved in winning new business, attending client visits, developing key accounts and identifying opportunities for growth across the region. Alongside managing team performance, the Regional Recruitment Manager will play a key role in shaping the future direction of our temporary recruitment offering.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead, manage and develop a team of consultants across Redditch, Birmingham and Wolverhampton.
• Grow our Industrial Engineering (Blue Collar) temporary recruitment division.
• Generate new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
• Attend client meetings and site visits to develop long-term partnerships.
• Create and implement strategic growth plans across the region.
• Coach, mentor and support consultants to maximise performance.
• Monitor KPIs, revenue and profitability.
• Identify opportunities to recruit and develop additional team members.
• Ensure high standards of service delivery and compliance.

The ideal candidate:

• Experienced Recruitment Manager, Branch Manager, Team Leader or Senior Consultant with a background in temporary recruitment.
• Proven success within industrial, engineering, manufacturing or blue-collar recruitment.
• Strong business development and account management experience.
• A hands-on leader who can inspire, coach and develop teams.
• Commercially driven with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Passionate about growth, performance and delivering exceptional customer service.
