Job summary

Reed Talent Solutions are hiring in Warrington to recruit an Onsite Planning Executive for the Service Delivery team. You will manage the Angard staff on-site, handle queries, and support deployment with key stakeholders.

The role begins ASAP and runs as a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave until January 2028. Experience in warehousing or logistics on-site is essential, with strong organisation, client liaison skills, and IT literacy.

Qualifications

• Experience onsite in warehousing/logistics/distribution environments preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholder expectations on-site.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Onsite management of Angard staff at client site.
• Handle queries from workers and clients and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with centralised delivery and deployment teams.
• Identify gaps in deployment and support improvements.
• Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders on site.
• Work both independently and as part of a team.
