Job summary

Reed is recruiting on-site for an Onsite Planning Executive to support one of our key logistics clients. You’ll manage Angard staff on-site, handle queries from workers and clients, and work closely with our central delivery and deployment teams to ensure smooth operations.

Shift patterns include 5:30am-14:30, 13:30-22:30, and 21:30-06:30, five days per week, Monday to Friday. This fixed term role runs until December 2026 at the National Distribution Centre in Crick, with the possibility of

Qualifications

• Experience working onsite in warehousing/logistics/distribution.
• Strong ability to work with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience in diverse, multi-functional teams.
• Proficient with computers and learning new software.

Responsibilities

• Onsite management of Angard staff at the client site.
• Handle queries from workers and clients promptly.
• Collaborate with central delivery and deployment teams.
• Identify and help resolve deployment gaps onsite.
• Maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders onsite.
• Operate as part of a close-knit onsite team to ensure high service standards.
