Job summary

Reed is hiring an Onsite Planning Executive for our Midlands Super Hub to support one of our key clients. You will manage Angard staff on-site, handle queries from workers and clients, and collaborate with delivery and deployment teams to maintain service standards.

This fixed-term contract runs until December 2026, with a night shift pattern and five days per week. We value strong communication, client-facing experience, and the ability to work in a diverse, multi-functional team.

Qualifications

• Experience working onsite in a warehousing, logistics or distribution environment.
• Transferable experience from similar roles considered.
• Essential: good communication skills and understanding of the working environment.
• Experience working directly with clients and stakeholders
• Experience working in a diverse, multi-functional team; strong computer literacy

Responsibilities

• Managing Angard staff on-site.
• Handling queries from workers and clients.
• Working closely with centralised delivery and deployment teams.
• Identifying and helping to resolve gaps in deployment.
• Maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders onsite.
• Working as part of a close-knit onsite team to ensure a high standard of service.
