Job summary

Reed Talent Solutions is recruiting an Onsite Planning Executive to join the Service Delivery team in Warrington, supporting one of our key clients. This is a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave until January 2028, with ASAP start.

The role involves managing Angard staff on-site, handling queries from workers and clients, coordinating with central delivery teams, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Salary £27,560 pro rata with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience working onsite in warehousing/logistics/distribution environments.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience in a diverse, multi-functional team.
• Good computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Managing Angard staff on-site.
• Handling queries from workers and clients.
• Coordinating with centralised delivery and deployment teams.
• Identifying and addressing gaps in deployment.
