Job summary

RMS Recruitment is seeking a People Operations Lead to be the face of people on site in Killingholme. You will support colleagues, champion wellbeing, and deliver initiatives that create a positive employee experience.

Be the first line of contact for employee queries, help monitor engagement, support onboarding, and maintain accurate records. Escalate complex cases to the People Operations Manager where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Experience in People Operations or Employee Engagement.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organised and proactive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for employee queries.
• Monitor employee feedback and identify engagement opportunities.
• Plan and deliver employee engagement activities.
• Support onboarding and deliver inductions for new starters.
• Maintain accurate employee records and administer people processes.
• Escalate complex employee relations matters to the People Operations Manager.
