Goodlord is seeking a People Operations Specialist to drive the operational heartbeat of the People Team in a Hybrid Sheffield role. You will own the employee lifecycle, from contracts to onboarding and compliance, while also shaping the workplace experience and coordinating with London and Lincoln offices when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in People Operations or standalone HR role overseeing lifecycle processes.
• Strong knowledge of onboarding, Right to Work checks, visas and HR/People Ops admin.
• Hands-on experience with modern People systems (e.g., Personio, HRIS).
• Passion for improving processes and creating efficient ways of working.
• Face of the People Team in the Sheffield office, building relationships and a welcoming workplace.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational side of the employee lifecycle from contracts to onboarding.
• Manage Right to Work checks, visa compliance and employee communications.
• Improve how the People Team operates and delivers services.
• Act as Sheffield office anchor, oversee day-to-day facilities and engagement initiatives.
