Job summary

QA Ltd seeks a People Operations Lead to manage and develop a small team responsible for delivering an outstanding employee experience across the full lifecycle.

You will guide policies, drive process improvements and partner with stakeholders to implement system enhancements, including automation. This role combines leadership, operations management and project delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in People/HR operations or generalist HR.
• Experience leading and coaching a team, including performance management.
• Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of People Operations professionals.
• Oversee employee lifecycle services, workload prioritisation and service levels.
• Advise managers on People policies, absence management and flexible working requests.
• Drive continuous improvement to simplify and standardise processes.
• Support automation initiatives and system enhancements to improve efficiency.
• Lead cross-region projects across UK, US and Switzerland employee populations.
• Use data and insights to identify trends and support decision-making.
